I was the first of us Oakmonters to discover and use Joel Durand for a complete home remodel, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, every wall of every room had something done. I am a bit picky and interviewed many local contractors before I selected Joel. It's been one of my better decisions. In the past year, Joel has done complete home remodels for 2 other of my friends in Oakmont, and a kitchen remodel for another. There has been overwhelming satisfaction with Joel and his work.
Joel was a true pleasure to work with. He is always pleasant and willing to make changes with a smile, he is honest, and puts in a hard days work. He has carefully selected his subcontractors over many years in the business, and they maintain his high level of work quality, and are people you enjoy having in your home.
Joel also brings a very helpful and experienced sense of design. My finished remodel was top notch, and has actually been entered in a design contest. Joel's quality of work is A+, and he just does things the 'right way' without cutting corners.
